Srisome Foundation deeply values all contributions to sustain our mission. However, in the event of cancelling your donation, we follow a reliable refund policy, ensuring that you, our donor, have a hassle-free experience. We take utmost care in processing donations as per the mandates signed by our donors in the donor forms, both offline and online. In the unlikely event of an erroneous deduction or if the donor wishes to cancel/deduct the donation, Srisome Foundation will respond within 14 working days from the date of receiving the request from the donor.

Kindly note that the timely refund of the wrongly deduced amount will depend on the type of card used during the transaction. Srisome Foundation will require proof of the donation amount deducted, along with written communication for a refund from the donor within two days after the donation has been made.

If the 10bd (tax exemption certificate) has already been issued, a refund of the donation amount will not be applicable. In other cases, the donation amount will be refunded after deducting the donation processing charges, as per the payment gateway service charges.
